A patella stabilizing orthosis with three compression zones. The patella pad is fixed on the lateral side. If medial support is needed, order the opposite side; e.g. left for right and right for left. The pad has two semi-elastic straps that provide an effective support. The straps are attached on the opposite side and can be adjusted individually. The knee fold is made in a more porous structure for increased comfort.
